Welcome to The Herbert and Nicole Wertheim Performing Arts Center
The Herbert and Nicole Wertheim Performing Arts Center (WPAC) opened in 1996, and houses the FIU Department of Theatre and FIU School of Music. It is considered to be one of Miami’s premier collegiate concert and performance venues featuring world class musicians, faculty, students, and guest performers. It features a 600-seat concert hall, a 100-seat recital hall, and a 74-rank Schantz Pipe Organ considered to be the finest in the southeast United States. Here you will find the Wertheim Concert Hall, the Instrumental Hall, the Recital Hall, the Mainstage Theatre, and the Black Box Theatre.
